I’m Angela — a Muslim revert, content creator, seeker of truth, and the heart behind Purely Muslimah.
My journey began long before I embraced Islam — through years of questions, searching, and a deep longing for spiritual truth. It was in 2010, after much reflection, that I embraced Islam. I found the path I had been seeking — surrender to the One true God.
My Journey: From Seeking to Serving
As a result, from the moment I took my shahada, I have been committed to learning, growing, and serving. My life since then has been a path of seeking knowledge, building faith, and sharing this beauty with others.
Moreover, it is through my own struggles and triumphs that I’ve come to see that service to others — with sincerity, humility, and love for the sake of Allah — is at the heart of a Muslimah’s journey.
A Journey in Faith and Truth
Purely Muslimah was created to be a space of reflection, learning, and inspiration. I made it with Muslim women in mind — and for anyone on or seeking the path to truth.
